Youth Students are broken up into two age groups, 7 - 11 and 12-15. The younger class (45 minutes) covers simple self defense training as well as mental focus, discipline and respect. Our teen class (50 minutes) builds on those concepts while expanding the focus of leadership training and self defense applications preparing students to enter our adult program.
